Ueki Sushi & Cocktails
Situated on a quiet west village street is Ueki, an intimate 14 seat omakase dining experience. Nearly 30 years of attention to our craft and focus on every detail has brought the Blue Ribbon team to this moment. Paying homage to our late founder and master sushi chef, Toshi Ueki, the room has been designed and built by former and current teammates of Toshi's who have brought their unique talents and artful design to the simple yet elegant room. Handmade Japanese fabrics, Shibori, and meticulously dark stained oak wood, Shou Sugi Ban, create a room stepped in old world craftmanship and evoking balance and harmony.
Chef Takahashi Tsuyushi and his team will guide our guests through a culinary journey based upon tradition and pristine ingredients. Our Bar program will also stand at center stage and feature artful cocktails, spirits and Sake pairings. In true Blue Ribbon spirit it is an elevated experience accessible to all.
